Resident Spotlight

Our Resident of the Month, Mary, brings so much warmth and joy to everyone around her at Tender Hearts. She loves chocolate and sweet treats, and if "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" comes on, you can count on seeing her out on the dance floor. Mary grew up in Sturgeon Bay and fondly remembers the freedom and sense of safety she felt as a child. Fall is her favorite season because she loves the beautiful changing leaves and celebrating her October birthday. Mary married her high school sweetheart in 1956 and treasures her wonderful son and daughter, Pete and Betsy, and her daughter that unfortunately passed away. Her advice to others is to enjoy life while you are young because there is so much to experience. At Tender Hearts, Mary especially enjoys the close friendships she has made with fellow residents and the caring community around her.

Keagan has been with the company for nearly three years and brings a caring and compassionate spirit to her role every day. She loves spending time with her niece and nephew, who truly light up her world. In her free time, she enjoys nature, art, and discovering unique thrift finds. In 10 years. she hopes to be living a healthy, happy, and peaceful life. Her favorite part of the job is caring for and helping others, and a fun fact many people may not know is that she once lived in Italy.
